About the Job

Reach & Rise™ is a one-on-one mentoring program where we match at-risk youth ages from 6-17 responsible for recruiting volunteers, planning and executing monthly group events, and conduct monthly check in with the matches. He/She will be collecting monthly data and provide ongoing support to volunteers and families. We are looking for an individual who has experience working with Chinese families, children, and volunteers. Individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team in a fast paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 21 years old
  • 2 years college/Associate Degree ; MFTI preferred.
  • Must be available: Monday - Friday (some evenings and weekends)
  • Experience working with Families, youth, and adult volunteers
  • Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a must
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification, finger print and TB test clearance
