About the Job
The part-time Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and program support for Hope SF/Urban Services Community Wellness Programs (CWP). The Administrative Assistant will ensure that Hope SF residents and CWP staff receive the highest quality of services and support.
Minimum Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience creating and implementing effective outreach plans, budget management, program and/or project flyers.
- Must be available weekdays during business hours
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Office 365, data-based programs, program document structure and development, internet usage, data analysis, budget implementation and management
- Sound judgment to act independently and efficiently
- YMCA approved CPR and First Aid Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual skills in Spanish or Cantonese
- Community Health Worker certification
