Family Resource Centers

Family Resource Centers are family supportive and empowerment program that serves as a hub for connecting families with a network of local and citywide resources. Our programs are family centered, strength based, needs driven, solution oriented, and community based, all of which compliment the Y’s core values.

HOPE SF is reimagining four public housing sites in San Francisco’s southeastern region. These communities are rebuilding health initiatives, tackling housing and workforce issues, and providing family, youth, and adult support by resident lead voices to make the biggest impact. This new approach to public housing communities confronts displacement and other economic and racial disparities that sustain community and culture. The YMCA has partnered with these sites to provide programs to residents.
