We are excited to welcome you to the YMCA of San Francisco through the Fitness Membership Program offered by CareAdvantaage by Health Plan of San Mateo.
Your YMCA membership includes access to:
- YMCA locations throughout San Mateo / Santa Clara Counties and San Francisco Locations may include exercise equipment, basketball courts, indoor or outdoor fitness studios, and indoor or outdoor swimming pools.
- More than 600 in-person and online group exercise classes led by certified instructors in yoga, Pilates, Zumba, cycling, aqua fitness, and more.
- In-person and online wellness coaching to help you meet your health goals.
This is offered to CareAdvantage members at no cost to encourage an active lifestyle and improve overall quality of life, and the YMCA is ready to partner with you to reach your healthy living goals.
To sign-up in person, visit any YMCA of San Francisco location and show your CareAdvantage ID card. Our YMCA team will assist you with the application process. You can also sign up online using the form directly below on this page.
CareAdvantage Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) is a health plan that contracts with both Medicare and Medi-Cal to provide benefits of both programs to enrollees. Enrollment in CareAdvantage depends on contract renewal.
YMCA of San Francisco is not part of the HPSM. Participation in this program is optional and does not affect your Medi-Cal or Medicare coverage.
