Facilities & Amenities
YMCA locations throughout San Mateo/Santa Clara Counties and San Francisco.
Locations may include exercise equipment, basketball courts, indoor or outdoor fitness studios, and indoor or outdoor swimming pools.
Your Choice of Classes
More than 600 in-person and online group exercise classes led by certified instructors in yoga, Pilates, Zumba, cycling, aqua fitness, and more.
Remote & In-Person
In-person and online wellness coaching to help you meet your health goals.

You can sign up in two ways!
Option 1 : In-Person
Visit any YMCA of Greater San Francisco location and show your CareAdvantage ID card. Our YMCA team will assist you with the application process.
Option 2 : Online
You can sign up online using the form by clicking ‘apply here’ below.
CareAdvantage Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) is a health plan that contracts with both Medicare and Medi-Cal to provide benefits of both programs to enrollees. Enrollment in CareAdvantage depends on contract renewal.
YMCA of Greater San Francisco is not part of the HPSM. Participation in this program is optional and does not affect your Medi-Cal or Medicare coverage.
