About the Job

The ESL instructor will help create and lead a strengths-based and engaging class that provides adult students with the skills, knowledge and confidence to learn English. The instructor will provide a high quality educational and interactive curriculum for students in an environment that is culturally responsive, safe, and community based

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 21 years old
  • BA Degree TEFL/ TESOL certificate.  MATESOL preferred
  • Must be available Tuesday-Friday 9:30am-12:30pm  
  • 2+ years experience teaching ESL in a group setting
  • Experience and desire to work with low income population
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification, finger print  clearance
