About the Job

YKids staff is part of a team which provides a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for all children ages 8 weeks to 10 years old. Staff will actively supervise and engage with all children in program. Staff is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with families being served at the Stonestown Family YMCA. Staff must have a positive attitude and model appropriate behavior when dealing with children.  Staff is required to be knowledgeable about YMCA programs for youth and families and promote programs.  Staff must work throughout the year.  Vacation requests must follow the employee handbook guideline. 

Minimum Qualifications

Required
Age: 18
Education: High School Diploma
Availability: PT (Weeknights and Weekends)
Licenses & Certifications :CPR/First Aid*
*We will provide training for certification! 

Preferred
Language Skills: Bilingual
