About the Job
YKids Lead Staff is part of a team which provides a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for all children ages 8 weeks to 12 years old. Staff will be responsible for supervision and staffing of Ykids PT and On Call staff on evenings and weekends. Staff will coordinate and provide weekly activities to keep kids engaged. Staff will ensure that all YKids staff follows protocols set forth by team and supervisor. Staff will actively supervise and engage with all children in program or activity. Staff is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with families and children being served at the Stonestown Family YMCA. Staff must have a positive attitude and model appropriate behavior when dealing with children. Staff must be available on weeknights and weekends.
Education: High School Diploma
Availability: PT (Weeknights: Monday through Thursday 3:30-8:00pm and alternating Saturday/Sunday 8:00am-1:30pm)
Licenses & Certifications :CPR/First Aid*
*We will provide training for certification!
Language Skills: Bilingual
