About the Job
Under the primary supervision of the District Administrative Director, the Administrative Assistant for YD Staffing will provide administrative support for the staffing process. This includes and is not limited to; assisting with job postings; coordinating the interview and hiring process, following up with applicants as needed, assisting with the on-boarding process, and working collaboratively with hiring directors of the program areas to help them meet their staffing needs.
This position is remote 40% of the time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proof of COVID Vaccination is Required
- Minimum 18 years old
- Strong attention to detail
- 6+ months clerical/administrative experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work on tasks independently, quickly, and efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point, internet navigation and email systems.
- Current YMCA- approved CPR and First Aid certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
- 1+ years administrative experience
