We are dedicated to helping older adults continue to grow and improve the quality of their lives in our Senior Program. These activities develop physical, mental, spiritual and social well-being while serving members of diverse incomes, ethnic origins, lifestyles and backgrounds. And most importantly, there is something for everyone! 

 

Art Work

Let your imagination run! Our class will create a wellness and inspired seniors to do new projects every week. After a good art work enjoy a meal with our community. Light lunch is provided.

Every Wednesday from 11:15AM-12:15PM.

Senior Bridge Center

Enjoy a cup of morning coffee while playing the game of bridge Tuesdays and Thursdays! Our mornings are a time for our seniors to improve their health and extend their lives through community gathering, social interaction, and light physical activity.

Field Trips

Our field trip program is one of the highlights of being a part of our senior community. Explore the beautiful natural settings of Golden Gate Park and the Marin Headlands, or get an in-depth look at life, culture and nature at San Francisco’s esteemed museums and historic buildings.

AOA Healthy Hearts

“Active Older Adults” are designed with our senior community in mind. These classes do not require physical prowess or coordination, but will still get your body moving and your blood flowing! Healthy Hearts is a general fitness class for older adults where we focus on developing cardio endurance, upper and lower body strength through light kickboxing, dance and hand weight use. We also emphasize developing balance for fall prevention.

Monday and Wednesday at 09:00 AM -10:00 AM

Bringing Technology To Our Community!

Feeling overwhelm with new technology devices? Not anymore, join us at our Coffee hour where you will get assistance on any technology questions you might have or if you are looking for a safe place to surf the web. Coffee and healthy snacks will be provided.
