Bootcamp – High intensity training with free weights, bands, and other various equipment. Indoors and outdoors.
AOA Healthy Hearts - Aerobic exercise and resistance training to increase heart rate and improve circulatory system function.
Hatha Yoga – Yoga that emphasizes physical and mental relaxation through a series of postures. Improves breathing, alignment, balance, strength, and flexibility.
Chair Yoga - is Hatha yoga that has been adapted to be practiced with the support of a chair. Chair yoga builds strength, mobility and benefits all systems of the body.
Tai Chi - is a great exercise that improved balance, pain management, fall prevention and cognitive function in people with and without chronic conditions.
I have been practicing Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Yoga daily for the past 10 years. I am passionate about what I do, and I love sharing my knowledge with others so that others can benefit as well.
