AOA Sit & Be Fit
A workout for seniors members who would benefit from a seated workout routine or recovering from an injury. This class can improve circulation and range of motion, as well as increased flexibility and muscular strength.
Monday & Fridays at 10:00-11:00 am
Members gather to knit or crochet various projects. We have members of all levels that work together to learn patterns and develop new skills! Come meet others that enjoy the art of knitting!
Mondays at 11:00-12:30 pm
Join our community members for a social game of bridge. Studies show that this can significantly lower the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease.
