About 90 Days to Wellness

90 Days to Wellness is a program based on the science of habit change. In order to live a healthy lifestyle many of us need to set goals and change habits. Too often the goals that we set are not achievable. This leads to loss of motivation and an unhealthy lifestyle. 90 Days to Wellness will teach you break this cycle.

With a small group of 8-10 people you will learn about all components of a healthy lifestyle including: goal setting, exercise, nutrition, stress management, will power and lifestyle balance. At the end of 90 Days you will have a community of support to help you continue to achieve your goals and the skills and knowledge to be successful.

DATES: March 12 - May 31 (12 Weeks)
TIME: Mondays & Thursdays, 5:30-6:30pm
PLACE: Marin Y Conference Room
FEE: Facility Member $180 | Community Participant $220 (SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE)
