90 Days to Wellness
In order to live a healthy lifestyle many of us need to set goals and change habits. Too often the goals that we set are not achievable which leads to loss of motivation. We are here to break that cycle!
Within a small group setting, we will explore different exercise modalities and learn about many components of health, including goal setting, exercise, nutrition, stress management and will-power. 90 Days is a great first step for anyone looking to live a healthier lifestyle!
90 Days to FAMILY Wellness
This program supports both child and adult in learning about healthy lifestyle. During these interactive sessions, we’ll learn about topics like healthy eating, physical activity, building self-esteem and much more. Each session will include learning activities, family action planning, and time to get moving!
