About the Job

The part-time Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and program support for Hope SF/Urban Services Community Wellness Programs (CWP). The Administrative Assistant will ensure that Hope SF residents and CWP staff receive the highest quality of services and support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 18+ years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience creating and implementing effective outreach plans, budget management, program and/or project flyers.
  • Must be available weekdays during business hours
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including Office 365, data-based programs, program document structure and development, internet usage, data analysis, budget implementation and management
  • Sound judgment to act independently and efficiently
  • YMCA approved CPR and First Aid Certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish or Cantonese
  • Community Health Worker certification
