Weekly Restorative Space
Applying principles from the Center for Courage and Renewal this space is designed for soulful reflection and connection. This hour, set aside for tapping into internal wisdom, will involve utilizing a “3rd thing” (e.g. metaphor/poetry/literature excerpts) to help us connect with our inner truths. During this challenging time, having space held for meaningful reflection can be particularly powerful.

Self Care In Times Of Stress
Explore what self-care may involve/look like in today’s world. We will discuss different beliefs/narratives around self-care and review some helpful self-care tools. Self Care in Times of Stress workshop times can be found in the Workshops and Connections schedule.
