About the Job
The Program Coordinator will provide program support for Hope SF/Urban Services Community Wellness Programs (CWP). The Program Coordinator is to ensure that Hope SF residents and CWP staff receive the highest quality of services and support. The Program Coordinator will possess a variety of attributes including written and oral communication skills, computer skills including but not limited to data-based programs, program document structure and development, internet usage, data analysis, and sound judgment to act independently and efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Administration or Social Work or equivalent work and community experience.
- Must be available Monday – Friday during program hours plus weekends and evenings as required.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required with the ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse individuals during a time of crisis and distress.
- Experience conducting client interviews
- Ability to handle confidential information and to remain (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) HIPAA compliant.
- Must have ability to multitask/work on multiple projects.
- Be comfortable working on multiple online platforms and as part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to function independently under dynamic circumstances.
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with MS Office applications and Google Drive.
- Ability to function as part of a cross-disciplinary team
- Critical thinking skills with proven ability to exercise discretion and sound independent judgment
- Reflect a professional demeanor, pleasant personality, and a sense of humor
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the City’s geography and communities
