Welcome this class is available to YMCA of San Francisco active paying members only and advanced registration is required. To complete your registration please login to your member portal account at YMCA of San Francisco Community. Once logged in please open the registration portal to register for this upcoming member only in branch class. Please arrive up to 10min early to complete your health screen before class. Classes are limited to small groups, please bring your out fitness mat or towel.

BODYPUMP™ Outdoor: The original barbell weight class that builds strength, tones your body, and pushes you to the limit every time. This class challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises: squats, lunges, presses, and curls.

YMCA Youth Wellness Guidelines

Marin: Please note the time of class for youth 15+ years old and older may attend classes after 3pm weekdays and all Saturday class hours. At this time classes before 3pm are for 18+ years old and older. 

Peninsula: Please note the time of class for youth 15+ years old and older may attend classes after 3pm weekdays and all Saturday class hours. At this time classes before 3pm are for 18+ years old and older.

Presidio and Stonestown YMCAs: Due to county mandate, only Adults 18+ years old and older may take group exercise classes.
