We are better together! The Richmond District YMCA provides activities for seniors ages 60+ years. It's a great way to meet other seniors members, and have fun! The program uses exercise, information, cultural, and artistic activities along with social interaction to keep our members engaged. Our seniors programs require minimal registration, inquire at the front desk for more details or contact Tony Ortiz at aortiz@ymcasf.org or call (415) 666 - 9614.
