A class combining two of the most functional modalities available: TRX® and RIP®. Each session will work your functional strength, power and mobility to its limits. The TRX® Suspension Trainer is a workout system that uses gravity and your own body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise. By simply adjusting your body position, YOU control the level of resistance and difficulty. The small group classes are fun, while effective at blasting calories and strengthening your whole body. Appropriate for all ability levels.

Registration

Registration opens 24 hours prior to class. After two pre-reserved no-shows, tardiness or cancelations fewer than 24 hours in advance will be subjected to a three month ban from the class/registration. To ensure safety and preserve the small group training experience, no late admittance will be accepted.
