Foundations of Strength Training
In this progressive strength training class, we will build a strong core, increase muscular endurance, strength and power using barbells, kettlebells and more. In a small group, we will coach participants on proper form in other to maximize results, prevents and build confidence.
Foundations of Strength Training is appropriate for all fitness levels and will help you to gain knowledge of strength training basics using a variety of modalities.
