Foundations of Strength Training

In this progressive strength training class, we will build a strong core, increase muscular endurance, strength and power using barbells, kettlebells and more. In this small group setting, we will discuss and coach participants on proper form in order to maximize results, prevent injuries and help to build confidence.

Foundations of Strength Training is appropriate for all fitness levels and will help to gain knowledge of strength training basics using a variety of modalities.

Boxing Foundations

Agility, endurance, strength, and power: these are the traits that all boxers must have.

In Foundations of Boxing, you will learn all the basics, from footwork to throwing a proper punch, all while building balance, strength, stamina, and coordination. This program will give you the skills and knowledge to apply boxing to your routine or step into a boxing gym with confidence.

Foundations of Kickboxing

Foundations of Kickboxing is a program that is designed to teach and practice both the offensive and defensive techniques and drills of Kickboxing. Whether you are looking to add Kickboxing to your workout routine or just want to learn more about the technique, this program is for you! All levels of fitness welcome!
