Personal training sessions are available for all fitness levels, from beginners to competitive athletes. Whether you want to focus on general fitness, weight management, stress reduction, or train for a sporting event, our nationally certified trainers are experts in delivering results.

Sessions & Cost

Private (1 member)

3 sessions $220 per person
6 sessions $410 per person
8 sessions $515 per person
12 sessions $745 per person

Semi-Private (2 members)

Additional participants for Semi Private personal training must be arranged by participating members.

Small Group Training

Small Group Personal Training is perfect for 3-5 members who want the customization of Personal Training, but with the motivation that comes with a group setting. Go ahead, find a group of friends today and invite them to an hour of fitness and fun or join a group by yourself and meet new people. Choose from one of the Small Groups that already exist or design one to suit your needs.

Additional participants for Small group training must be arranged by participating members.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is each session?

All training sessions are one hour in length.

How do I pay for my sessions?

Each appointment must be paid for in advance. Please pay at the membership desk, and bring a receipt to your session.

What if I’m late to a session?

Trainers will wait up to 15 minutes for a client who is late. However, all late sessions will end at the previously scheduled time and the full rate will be applied.

What if I need to cancel a session?

Please provide at least 24-hour notice before canceling a scheduled appointment. Sessions are non-refundable without a relevant medical issue. Additional members for semi-private and small group training must be provided by participants.
