Need more guidance to get the most out of your workout? Personal training is a fee-based program, consisting of individual exercise programming. Our Personal Trainers provide constant challenges, and guide you to produce the results you desire, while evolving with your fitness level.
All training is one-on-one.

One-to-One (1 Hour)

1 Personal Training Sessions $68

4 Personal Training Sessions $256

10 Personal Training Sessions $625

Policies:

* We request that clients make any schedule changes at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If cancelations are made less than 24 hours in advance, the client will be charged for the session.

* Packages expire three months from the date of purchase.

* If you are running late, please provide the trainer a courtesy call.
