Frequently Asked Questions
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY SESSIONS?
Each appointment must be paid for in advance. Please pay at the membership desk, and bring a receipt to your session.
WHAT IF I’M LATE TO A SESSION?
Trainers will wait up to 15 minutes for a client who is late. However, all late sessions will end at the previously scheduled time and the full rate will be applied.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL A SESSION?
Cancelations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in charges for the missed session.

Alfredo Ennis has been an employee of the Y for over 5 years and is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). With 20 years of personal training experience, he believes in striving towards total wellness. He is experienced in strength and conditioning, core stability, flexibility, nutrition, and the mind-body connection. He is a NPTI Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Camp Crunch Boot Camp Instructor, and CPR/AED. Alfredo loves working with all people and all abilities.
