Deanna Pinkston

Deanna is an ACE certified personal trainer and is also a certified instructor in Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, BOSU Balance training, and Studio Cycling.  Since 2010, Deanna has been teaching and training with an emphasis on healthy biomechanics and functional movement. 

Deanna is passionate about helping people create positive change in their lives through self-compassion, physical fitness and positive thinking. 

Courtney Wheelock

Courtney is the Director of Aquatics and Wellness. She is passionate about helping members explore the variety of health benefits the YMCA can offer.
