All Active Older Adult programs are postponed as we continue to monitor the situation.
The Stonestown Family YMCA provides activities for Y-Adults ages 60+ years. At the Y, older adults have a chance to keep active and grow in spirit, mind, and body. Most of our Y-Adult programs are free of charge. We don’t turn anyone away because of inability to pay for our fee-based programs. From exercise classes to trips and lifelong learning programs, there is something for everyone!
Lunch Program
Every weekday at the Annex, On Lok 30th Street Senior Center provides group lunch for those 60 years and up. Menus are planned by a Registered Dietitian to meet the nutritional needs of older adults. Each meal consists of protein, starch/grain, vegetable entree, soup or salad, and fruit for dessert. Menus are available at the front desk and near the registration table in the Social Hall. New to the lunch program? Please meet with Miguel Cabezas, On Lok 30th Street Senior Center Nutrition Site Coordinator, to complete registration and receive gold card before your first lunch!
