The Stonestown Family YMCA provides activities for Y-Adults ages 60+ years. At the Y, older adults have a chance to keep active and grow in spirit, mind, and body. Most of our Y-Adult programs are free of charge. We don’t turn anyone away because of inability to pay for our fee-based programs. From exercise classes to trips and lifelong learning programs, there is something for everyone!

Lunch Program

Every weekday at the Annex, On Lok provides group lunch for those 60 years and up. Each nutritious meal consists of a protein, a carbohydrate, a vegetable and a fruit - and sometimes a sweet treat is added! Menus are available at the Annex front desk and near the registration table in the Social Hall.

New to the lunch program? Please meet with Miguel Cabezas, On Lok Nutrition Coordinator, to complete a nutrition assessment before your first lunch!
