The Stonestown Family YMCA provides activities for Y-Adults ages 60+ years. At the Y, older adults have a chance to keep active and grow in spirit, mind, and body. Most of our Y-Adult programs are free of charge. We don’t turn anyone away because of inability to pay for our fee-based programs. From exercise classes to trips and lifelong learning programs, there is something for everyone!

Group Exercise

Because we know that healthy lifestyles are achieved through nurturing mind, body and spirit, well-being and fitness at the Y includes more than just working out. Our Y-Adult Group Exercise classes promote healthy lifestyles for older adults while also providing them with a space to find camaraderie and community.
