District Vice President
As District Vice President, Rachel enjoys advocating for the Y, creating community collaborations and working with our board of managers to engage even more people in our YMCA community. Rachel enjoys reading, hiking and cooking in her spare time.
Senior Executive Director
Jennifer is passionate about equity, education, and empowerment, and has focused her career on building opportunity and delivering social impact. She is an avid traveler, a voracious reader, an outdoor enthusiast, a lover of pets, and a dedicated single mother.

Carrie began her YMCA career after graduating from SFSU, when she started as a Camp Director at the Sequoia YMCA. Today, Carrie is excited to be the Associate Executive Director here at the Peninsula YMCA.
Membership Director
Veronica Grauke began her career with the YMCA of San Francisco in 2001 when she started working at Camp Jones Gulch as a summer camp counselor. In her free time, she enjoys running 10k’s, walks with her dog, and SF Giants games!
Youth Development Director
I am 5th generation San Franciscan. I love working at the YMCA because of all the lives you get to help change. Go Giants, 9ers, and Dubs!
Senior Director of Healthy Living
Miranda has always had a passion for health and wellness. In her free time she enjoys going to bay area sporting events, going to concerts, and playing out in the sun!
Child Development Director
Sheriann’s greatest passion is working with the children, families and teachers in creating individualized programs for children to build a solid foundation for lifelong development. In her free time, she and her husband can be found cheering on their two daughters at their soccer games, karate tournaments, and piano recitals.
Senior Director of Administrative Services
Grace began her YMCA career in San Diego as a Youth Leader at Youth & Family Services YMCA and La Jolla YMCA. She has been passionate about working with youth and teens and excited to start her new position as the Admin Services Director. In her free time, Grace enjoys cooking, going to shows and spending time with friends.
Associate Aquatics Director
Kate has been working in Aquatics since she was 16 years old. She grew up in a small town in Washington and now loves living in the Bay Area. Her passion in life is to ensure that everyone, no matter their age, can enjoy the water and be safe while swimming.

Shaya is passionate about inclusive excellence, and joined the team at the YMCA because she believes in the power of community. In her free time she enjoys painting, tennis and bollywood dance.
