Drop Off Policy

Late drops off to camp are very difficult to accommodate and can put the rest of our campers and staff severely behind schedule. To make sure our participants stay on track and get the most out of our time here, we ask that families please do their best to drop off their children between 8:30 a.m.-9:00a.m. Any arrival later than that is at risk of not being admitted as once the children leave the building, it is difficult to arrange a late drop off. If you know you are running behind to drop off and have extenuating circumstances, please call our front desk or camp line so we can help create a game plan. Thanks for your understanding.

Pick Up Policy

It is very important that campers are picked up at or before 5pm. We have a 5 minute grace period for authorized pick ups to pick up our campers after 5:00 p.m. If the parent or guardian picking up is more than 5 minutes late, they will be charged $1 per minute after 5:05 p.m. Thanks for working with us to pick up your children before our camp closes for the day!
