FOUNDATIONS OF STRENGTH TRAINING
In this progressive strength training class, we will build a strong core, increase muscular endurance, strength and power using barbells, kettlebells and more. In this small group setting, we will discuss and coach participants on proper form in order to maximize results, prevent injuries and help to build confidence.
FOUNDATIONS OF BOXING
Agility, endurance, strength, and power: these are the traits that all boxers must have.
In Foundations of Boxing, you will learn all the basics, from footwork to throwing a proper punch, all while building balance, strength, stamina, and coordination.
FOUNDATIONS OF KICKBOXING
Foundations of Kickboxing is a program that is designed to teach and practice both the offensive and defensive techniques and drills of Kickboxing. Whether you are looking to add Kickboxing to your workout routine or just want to learn more about the technique, this program is for you! All levels of fitness welcome!

In order to live a healthy lifestyle many of us need to set goals and change habits. Too often the goals that we set are not achievable which leads to loss of motivation and an unhealthy lifestyle. 90 Days is a great first step for anyone looking to live a healthier lifestyle!
90 DAYS TO FAMILY WELLNESS
This program supports both child and adult in learning about healthy lifestyle. During these interactive sessions, we’ll learn about topics like healthy eating, physical activity, building self-esteem and much more.
We will be starting a series of Lecture Workshops that will be a FREE to Facility Members and $10 for Community Participants!
A MATTER OF BALANCE
Falls are a serious concern. In collaboration with A Matter of Balance, the award- winning fall prevention program for senior adults, we’re offering an eight-session course for seniors whose fear of falling limits their social and physical activity.
SMALL GROUP & PERSONAL TRAINING

Join us for one of our many classes that are created for the small group aspect. Not only will you get one-on-one support from your coach, you get to train in a small group setting of 6-8 participants!

BLOOD PRESSURE SCREENINGS
Knowing your blood pressure is important. This is a walk-in, FREE service we provide multiple times a month.
Join us for our 2019 Run Club where we train for local races that include a 5k & 10k! This seasons Run Club will consist of form and conditioning training, strength training related to running and endurance, core work, and HIIT to improve power.
YMCA CARDIAC THERAPY
CARDIAC THERAPY (PHASE III)
A comprehensive program designed to assist those with major risk factors for cardiovascular disease and stroke, or those recovering from cardiovascular related surgery and events. The goal of the program is to prevent disease progression through focusing on physical and psychological health.
