In order to live a healthy lifestyle many of us need to set goals and change habits. Too often the goals that we set are not achievable which leads to loss of motivation and an unhealthy lifestyle. 90 Days is a great first step for anyone looking to live a healthier lifestyle!
FOUNDATIONS OF STRENGTH TRAINING
In this progressive strength training class, we will build a strong core, increase muscular endurance, strength and power using barbells, kettlebells and more. In this small group setting, we will discuss and coach participants on proper form in order to maximize results, prevent injuries and help to build confidence.
We will be starting a series of Lecture Workshops that will be a FREE to Facility Members and $10 for Community Participants!

Join us for one of our many classes that are created for the small group aspect. Not only will you get one-on-one support from your coach, you get to train in a small group setting of 6-8 participants!

CARDIAC THERAPY (PHASE III)
A comprehensive program designed to assist those with major risk factors for cardiovascular disease and stroke, or those recovering from cardiovascular related surgery and events. The goal of the program is to prevent disease progression through focusing on physical and psychological health.

4th Annual Fitness Extravaganza
What better way to support the Y -AND- get your workout in!? This February, we will host our 4th Annual Fitness Extravaganza which will include some of our favorite classes AND even some classes that aren't typically on our schedule! Members, feel free to bring friends, family or even your next door neighbors! This is a fantastic event that is open to the entire community! ALL proceeds to this event will go straight back to our Marin Community through the Y’s Financial Aid program.
Making Every Lap Count
Help us brighten the future of youth in our community by participating in this year’s Swim-a-thon! Participants will help raise money to support programs that provide the children in our area with a safe place to learn, grow and thrive. This Swim-a-thon is not just for swimmers - water walkers and water aerobics participants can get involved, too!!
