The Marin YMCA offers foundational beginner fitness programs appropriate for all levels to get you started with a variety of different exercise modalities. Sessions include Boxing & Kickboxing, TRX and Strength Training.

In order to live a healthy lifestyle many of us need to set goals and change habits. Too often the goals that we set are not achievable which leads to loss of motivation. We are here to break that cycle!
This winter we will be offering a series of Lecture Workshops that will be FREE for Facility Members and Community Participants!
A MATTER OF BALANCE
Falls are a serious concern. In collaboration with A Matter of Balance, the award- winning fall prevention program for senior adults, we’re offering an eight-session course for seniors whose fear of falling limits their social and physical activity.
SMALL GROUP & PERSONAL TRAINING
Small Group Training
Join us for one of our many classes that are created for the small group aspect. Not only will you get one-on-one support from your coach, you get to train in a small group setting of 6-8 participants!
As a new member, if you sign up for personal training within the first 30 days, you will receive $80 OFF a package of 8 sessions!
Join us for our 2020 Winter Run Club where we train for local races that include a 5k & 10k! This seasons Run Club will consist of form and conditioning training, strength training related to running and endurance, core work, and HIIT to improve power.
