Run Club General Information

Whether you are training for your first race or your personal best, our 12-week run club will help you achieve your goals. Reap the benefits of group support, technical support, and guided progression. Once a month, US Olympian Shannon Rowbury will be guest coaching and leading skill clinics. All goals, experience, and ability levels are welcome!

Pace Package

Just learning the fundamentals of running? Improve your times with the Pace Package! Thrive while training in a group setting and following your custom-tailored plan.

The Pace Package includes

A 12-week training calendar 

Weekly group workouts

Saturdays at 8:00am​

Endurance Package

Is there an event you want to train for? Get the support you need to take on your event with confidence. Train with like-minded individuals and achieve your running goals together.

3 Running Hacks Clinic sessions

Wednesday, December 18 • The Athletic Mindset

- Setting goals

- Mental approach (me vs myself)

- How to improve year after year

- Interactive portion: write out and share goals among the group to add accountability and bonding

Wednesday, January 15 • Getting Race-Ready

- Training sessions are a dress rehearsal for race day

- Gear and shoe testing in practice

- How to fuel (pre-race meals and fueling during a race)

- Race day logistics (bib pick up, starting corrals, aide stations)

- Interactive portion: write out your ritual, what do you want to perfect before race day

Wednesday, February 5 • The In-Between

- Recovery 

- Staying motivated

- Cross training

- Interactive portion: favorite memory/experience from this training cycle, biggest lesson learned, how will you hold yourself accountable, how will you make it fun.


Facility Member: $240

About Your Coaches

Shannon Rowbury

Shannon, an American and World Record Holder, will be guest coaching once a month as well as leading the skill clinics. Having represented the United States in the 2008, 2012, and 2016 Olympics, Shannon now brings her wealth of knowledge and skill to help you achieve your own personal bests!

Dan de Saussure

Dan, our Director of Healthy Living, is an avid runner and fitness professional of over 10 years. With his expertise in health, plus his passion for helping individuals set and break goals, Dan is ready to help support you through your run club experience.
