MobileFitness - Small Group Training

June 1 - July 27 (no class on 7/6)
Saturdays 11:30am-12:30pm
FREE for full 8-week Session

MobileFitness is a progressive 8-week workshop building on skills
learned in previous sessions. Each participant will have an opportunity to
review proper exercise form and technique, perform a variety of cardio
and strength-based circuits, and work with an accountability coach to
stay motivated with accomplishing wellness goals! Each session will
consist of two circuits and the last 10-15 minutes will be dedicated to
goal setting and planning your week’s workout.

In addition, the following benefits are included in this series:
• Track your progress and design weekly workout plans through our MobileFit app
• Utilize a variety of features the Y has to offer such as cardio machines, functional equipment, and TRX
• Gain tools on setting goals and enhancing movement and exercise performance
• Get to know our Personal Trainers who will make surprise visits to instruct portions of the workout
• Build partnerships with your coach and fellow group mates to keep you motivated

Because this is a progressive workshop, we encourage you to attend all eight sessions. We
know things come up on the weekends so if you are unable to make all sessions, please plan on
attending at least six. We will be incorporating team challenges and your teammates will be
counting on you to be there to successfully complete the activities!
