About This Program

The School Site Mentoring Program provides on-site case management and support groups to middle and high school students in the San Francisco Unified School District. Each day, our staff utilizes a strength-based approach to work closely with students, meeting them "where they are," and offering the dual benefits of academic mentoring and the presence of a positive role model. Students are provided with critical social and emotional supports needed to successfully transition towards school completion. The program offers mentorship, workshops, case management, and student advocacy. Since the inception of the program, the School Site Mentoring Program has provided services to over 200 youth in the San Francisco Unified School District.
