Foundations of Boxing

Agility, endurance, strength, and power: these are the traits that all boxers must have.

In Foundations of Boxing, you will learn all the basics, from footwork to throwing a proper punch, all while building balance, strength, stamina, and coordination. This program will give you the skills and knowledge to apply boxing to your routine or step into a boxing gym with confidence
