AquaFit at the Y

Our goal is to provide easy and alternative modes of exercise for everyone. That’s why we are one of the few places in San Francisco that offer water aerobics as part of our Group Exercise schedule. With two pools to choose from, our invigorating and community-oriented classes will give you the fun and motivation that you want with low to medium impact.

Check out our online GX schedule for up-to-date classes and times.

The classes we offer are:

Aqua Zumba

You will also be burning the same amount of calories, while your heart does not work as hard. Come and join the Zumba pool party experience! Appropriate for all levels.

Participants do not have to be able to swim to participate in the class, however should be comfortable in deep water with a flotation belt. Flotation equipment will be provided.
