Associate Executive Director
Dara has been with the YMCA for 16 years working at YMCAs in both Northern and Southern California, as well as, at the YMCA of the USA. She has spent years in both youth programming and operations impacting the community, building relationships, and providing support to all members, guests, and staff.

Betty has been with the Y since 2008. She is committed to programs that create lasting change and empowerment for SF’s diverse communities – particularly young people!
Senior Director of Membership, Marketing and Communications
Troy is a champion of the YMCA cause. With the Y since 2002, he oversees Membership, Marketing and Communications, ensuring a high quality experience for all members of our community.
Senior Director of Healthy Living
Susanna brings a wealth of health and nutrition knowledge to our team. Susanna leads multiple group exercise classes weekly, so please join her in our studios for a fun and challenging workout. She is motivated by those around her and enjoys helping others reach their goals, test their abilities, and find success. Susanna and her team create a positive environment where our community can learn, share, and grow together.
Director of Development
Laura Grace ("LG") is a California native making her return to the West Coast after a decade fundraising in Washington, DC. She looks to further the mission of the YMCA of San Francisco by embracing caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility in every interaction.
Administrative Services Director
Cynthia comes from a background of connecting San Francisco families with local community resources. She joined the Y family in 2012 and currently leads the administrative and financial operations at the Buchanan branch.
Youth Chance High School Director
Celan Beausoleil, LCSW is a San Francisco native who has worked with system-involved youth since 2007.
Director of Treasure Island YMCA and Youth Programs
Shiante, born and raised in the Bay Area, has worked with the Embarcadero’s Community Programs since 2009. Focusing her efforts on Youth Deployment and Out-of-School time initiatives, has shown Shiante’s passion and dedication to the youth and families within the communities we currently work with. Shiante is currently the Site Director for our Treasure Island Location, as well as, the point person for all things Traditional Camp! In her current position, Shiante hopes that her experience provides an in-depth perspective to the strengths and needs of those she serves.

Megan provides a safe and healthy environment for our youth to be successful and socially responsible individuals.
