The Buchanan YMCA provides life-changing programs to meet the needs of the diverse families in the Japantown, Western Addition, and Haight-Ashbury neighborhoods through a community facility and youth and family programs.

Since opening its doors in 1936, the Buchanan YMCA has been a pillar of San Francisco’s Japantown and the Western Addition.

Today, the Buchanan Y is reimagining its future as a vibrant neighborhood hub where people of all ages thrive in connection, purpose, and health. Every dollar raised for this event will help keep community programs accessible for the families who need them most.

Convenient parking is available at the Japan Center Garage, located directly across the street from the venue. Parking validation will be provided.

The garage offers over 900 secure parking spaces and is open Saturday 9:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. Hourly parking rates range from $3-$5 per hour, with a daily maximum of $24.
