Business hours are changing, outdoor and indoor activities are changing to reduce the spread of COVID-19. This will be a different holiday season, but it doesn’t have to stop your health and wellness plans. In fact, it can be the beginning of how you activate and engage in a new healthy lifestyle.
The YMCA of San Francisco offers a variety programs to members this holiday season, and we wanted to give you a brief reminder of why and how we are there for you. Here are 5 health and wellness activities you can do this Thanksgiving holiday.

Stay active at your own pace with Workouts of the Week. Practice and concentrate on your form and not your speed with our Workouts of the Week. These workouts offer brief steps that will engage healthy movements. It’s a perfect way to maintain how to safely extend, stretch, and build your strength while you take a break from our gym facilities.

Now with isolation and shutdowns we are all under a little more stress than usual. Take a moment to breathe, relax, and listen to our guided meditations that can clear your mind and center your emotions.

You can replay classes and explore the variety of workouts our network offers. Feel free to pause and replay workouts, or even slow the video player down with these workouts. 5. Create Family Fun for Everyone
Challenge your family with kid-friendly activities with 12 Bursts. This is a great way to keep the family entertained, and by family we can mean just the children.
