How to prepare for camp
We can’t wait for the summer fun to begin! To ensure your camper has the best experience, please view our recommended list of items to bring to camp.
Our activities are led by trained YMCA Coaches, Specialized Staff, Interns, and Outdoor Educators. We also partner with local community partners such as San Francisco Park Rangers for Y Rangers.
Families will be supported daily by YMCA branch camp leaders, unit directors, and the camp director.
Please be prepared for an action-packed summer adventure that includes fun sports in sports camp, hiking in forests and beaches in Y Rangers, and playing nonstop games and splashing in fun water recreation time in Play and Splash Camp!
The proper preparation will help your camper get the most out of their weekly camp experience.
