The Stonestown Family YMCA provides activities for Y-Adults ages 60+ years. At the Y, older adults have a chance to keep active and grow in spirit, mind, and body. Most of our Y-Adult programs are free of charge. We don’t turn anyone away because of inability to pay for our fee-based programs. From exercise classes to trips and lifelong learning programs, there is something for everyone!

These programs serving the community are funded by the City of San Francisco’s Department of Disability and Aging Services.

Senior Lunch Congregate Meal Program

Our Senior Lunch Congregate Meal Program is in partnership with On Lok. The program helps seniors 60 years or older maintain proper health, strength, and independence with nutritious meals prepared from fresh ingredients. We distribute lunch at 11:30am - 12:30am from Monday - Friday. To reserve lunch, please call (415) 247 - 7135 one day prior (8:00am - 12:00pm).

Health Screenings

The Community Health Resource Center is offering FREE health screenings at Stonestown Family YMCA on a walk-in basis to all community members. Tests include total cholesterol, glucose, and blood pressure. Results are ready within 10 minutes. Wait times may vary.
