Small Group Training
It’s time to make a significant change in your workout routine by adding Small Group Training classes.
The TRX Suspension Trainer is designed to provide a fast and effective total body workout that builds a functional CORE, increases muscular endurance and strength and increases your metabolism. TRX is appropriate for all levels of fitness and abilities. TRX Foundations is ideal for you if you are new to exercise, want to gain more knowledge of strength training, are interested in using a TRX at home or while traveling or are interested in our drop-in TRX classes but would like some personalized attention before beginning. TRX is a great way to kick off your fitness goals in 2018.

RESERVE A SPOT IN CLASS: Purchase a Small Group Training package and then reserve a spot through our Group Ex Schedule. (spots are limited)
Select any one of our experienced personal trainers, all of which are certified by national personal training organizations. You and your trainer will customize a fitness program that works for your unique goals. Choose from a variety of personal training options, including functional fitness, Pilates, Yoga, and adapted personal training. Receive $50 off a package in your first month of membership.
Individual Training: Facility Member $65 for 1 session, $190 for 3 sessions, $350 for 6 sessions, $630 for 12 sessions (one session is one hour)
Buddy Training: Facility Member $40 for 1 session (per participant), $140 for 3 sessions, $210 for 6 sessions, $420 for 12 sessions
