Wake up in the morning with our Sunrise Flow Yoga classes, or take a dip in our pool for Aqua Aerobics! We offer Group Exercise programs for all fitness levels including cardio classes, strength and conditioning, mind and body, aquatics, and youth fitness!
Here is a small glimpse into the classes we offer:
Cardio: Boot Camp, Cycle, Battle Rope Training, Zumba, Advanced Circuits, Kickboxing
Strength: Body Defined, BODYPUMP®, Enhance Fitness®, maxBURN, TRX/RIP™
Mind/Body: Barre Above, Chair Yoga, Pilates, Tai-chi, Yoga (Vinyasa, Ananda, Iyengar, Hatha)
Express Classes (25 minutes): Basic Step, Core, Cycle, Stretch
Aquatics: Adaptive Aqua Aerobics, Aqua Arthritis, Masters Swim
Youth Fitness: Family Yoga, Family Zumba, Kid Fit (for ages 5-8), Youth Bootcamp (for ages 9-14)
All fitness levels are welcome to attend any of our classes, and our instructors will be happy to demonstrate modifications. Unless otherwise noted, the minimum age to participate in Group Exercise classes is 12 years of age, with parental supervision. Youth ages 14+ years may participate alone. Family-based classes do not exclude individual participants.
