Personal Training Pricing
Pricing is based on your trainer’s experience and certifications. During your intake appointment, you can discuss what options for frequency and trainer best support your goals!
For those looking to train with a buddy, we recommend that both individuals have similar goals and fitness abilities.
Please note that Personal Training Memberships are an add-on to your active Y facility membership. Personal Training Memberships are only available to active Y members.

FAQs
You will be billed monthly for your personal training membership. The membership holds your scheduled days and times with your trainer.
If your trainer can accommodate, you can reschedule a session within the same calendar month. Your Personal Training membership reserves your specific days and times during the week, and trainers may not always have availability in their schedules to accommodate make-up sessions. If accommodations to move your day cannot be made, your trainer can support you by building and sharing an independent workout aligned with your program and training goals.
The YMCA will do its best to find a substitute for your scheduled session(s) if you choose, or you may schedule a make-up session with your trainer if you and they are available. If a substitute cannot be found, you choose not to use one, or you are not able to reschedule with your trainer within the calendar month, your next month’s subscription will be prorated.
Your trainer will try to reschedule that session first. If that’s not possible, your next month’s subscription will be prorated.
You may cancel your personal training subscription with 30 days’ written notice.
