Our Mission
The mission of the Chinatown Y’s Immigrant Support Center is to provide reliable resources to the immigrant community and to assist immigrants as they integrate into the community, build trust, and gain a sense of belonging.
Free Drop-In Service Hours
Visit us during our drop-in hours to learn more about our services or to receive assistance. Bilingual (English and Chinese) staff available. Anyone in San Francisco’s immigrant community is welcome. You do not need to be a YMCA member to receive assistance.
Most services are free. Some programs may offer financial assistance based on income.
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are encouraged. Call 415-748-3541 to confirm hours or schedule a visit.
Support is available in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with additional interpretation available upon request.
Bring any letters, applications, or identification related to your inquiry. Our staff can advise you on what’s needed.
