To Participate in programs at the Y, a Community Participant Membership is required in order to take our Active Older Adult Activities at the Parkmerced community. It's a great way to meet other AOA members, and have fun! The program uses exercise, information, cultural, and artistic activities along with social interaction to keep our members engaged.
For more information please contact Tony Ortiz at aortiz@ymcasf.org or call (415) 666 - 9614.
