Keeping youth active and engaged during out-of-school time.
After School Program
Our YMCA Before- and After-School programs foster each child’s cognitive, social-emotional and physical development through opportunities and experiences which focus on achievement, relationships and belonging.
As an organization committed to positive youth development, our before and afterschool programs support your child’s academic success and promote healthy physical, emotional, and social development.
The program’s curriculum is designed to expose youth to a wide variety of activities, improve critical thinking skills, develop leadership, build character and confidence, and to improve overall health and wellness.
Activities include: homework help, team sports, nutrition and cooking classes, arts, academic enrichments and more!
A $350 enrollment fee is due at registration and a $100 monthly co-payment will be due on 20th of each month. For families who qualify for free/reduced lunch, the application fee is waived. For any questions regarding our monthly fees, please contact us at (415) 576-9622.

– Teen Participant
“I had a lot of fun spending time with the teens and getting to know them—they remind me of a younger me. I’m looking forward to the next activity and more of their curious questions. My favorite moment was when the preschoolers came trick-or-treating; it was such a joy to see all their costumes.”
