The league is intended to have 4 teams of 7-10 players. Each team will have a Y Staff as Head Coach.

Practices will take place on Wednesday nights during the 5-6:00 PM time slot or the 6-7:00 PM time slot. Gamedays will be on Saturdays, with games taking place from 11:30 AM-12:30 PM, or 12:30 PM-1:30 PM.

Players have an option to create a team with their friends/classmates, or they can sign up as a "free agent". Players who sign up as "free agents" will be placed on an existing team.
