The Chinatown YMCA's current workforce programs are Primed & Prepped and Counselor in Training (CIT). These programs offer hands-on projects that build leadership and practical skills needed for the workforce.

Aquatic Pathways

The Aquatics Workforce Development Pathway program is an internship that provides leadership opportunities for teens and young adults in our community to help them gain experience, build relationships with peers, and support the community-based work the YMCA of SF provides, through job placements.
