Our Programs

Prime and Prepped

A culinary workforce program intended to build access, training, and on the job experience for our students. And Counselor in Training.

Counselor in Training (CIT)

This program builds responsible leaders by learning leadership theory, conquering team building challenges, and earning health certifications that also count towards community service hours.

Aquatic Pathways

The Aquatics Workforce Development Pathway program is an internship that provides leadership opportunities for teens and young adults in our community to help them gain experience, build relationships with peers, and support the community-based work the YMCA of SF provides, through job placements.
