Mayor’s Youth Employment and Education Program (MYEEP)
This program provides job readiness training, paid work experience, academic support, and personal development opportunities for San Francisco youth between the ages of 14- 17. The program targets youth with barriers to employment.
Aquatic Pathways
The Aquatics Workforce Development Pathway program is an internship that provides leadership opportunities for teens and young adults in our community to help them gain experience, build relationships with peers, and support the community-based work the YMCA of SF provides, through job placements.
Youth and Government
YMCA of San Francisco's Youth & Government ensures that youth understand the principles of citizenship, leadership, and democracy, along with the Y's core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. We focus on values-based leadership and civic engagement among youth to strengthen their participation in our democracy.
