Raymond believes in fitness as someone's journey with movement. Just like in life, movement itself is too complex to master but we should always thrive to get better. No matter what part of this journey you are on, there is some form of movement you can improve. This can be strength, endurance, mobility, balance, agility, speed, explosiveness, rhythm, control, coordination, and the list goes on. Ultimately, you must move to improve your fitness and you get to choose your focus.
