“After dealing with the shock of being told I have cancer, going through the agony of deciding on my treatment, then the stress and trauma of the treatment, plus the isolation of it all — it was wonderful to come in here for this program and feel like a normal person again.” –LSLW Participant
“The Living Strong Living Well program was a saving grace and a silver lining to me after my diagnosis of cancer. I hate to think what would have happened to my body if I had not started to exercise in your program.” –LSLW Participant
