Living Strong Living Well

A Strength and Fitness Program for Cancer Patients and Survivors

Living Strong Living Well is a 12-week strength and fitness program for adult cancer survivors who have recently become deconditioned or chronically fatigued from treatment or disease. Participants meet twice per week for 75 minutes in a small group setting (6-10 people). You'll experience a supportive, friendly environment where our certified and caring staff will give you personalized attention to meet your functioning ability. 
Living Strong Living well is available to you at no cost, and includes a free YMCA membership while you're enrolled.

  • Address unwanted weight changes
  • Improve your strength and stamina
  • Increase energy and efficiency
  • Plan your continued activity after the program ends.
