Eat Well / Live Well Healthy Eating Sessions

Eat Well / Live Well Healthy Eating Sessions are scheduled as a three-week series of one-on-one sessions. Content includes:

  • Learning and understanding healthy eating as a lifestyle skill set.
  • Practicing food tracking and portion sizes.
  • Creating and maintaining healthy eating plan of action.
  • All materials and information are based on USDA MyPlate and YMCA-USA recommendations.

We’re excited to introduce this series of one-on-one sessions that, over the course of three weeks, will educate participants on how to make healthy choices when it comes to their own eating habits. It is important to note that an Eat Well / Live Well coach is not a dietitian or registered nutritionist. However our coaching team is able to support you in making balanced healthy food choices about how you eat. In these sessions you  be will provided with the tools needed to help you meet your healthy living goals. If you are ready to get started we can set up a day and time for you to begin these sessions. Our coaching team is available most days Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:15pm. Keep in mind you’ll need to meet three consecutive weeks in a row. Based on your preferred day/time to meet, we connect you with a coach to schedule your start date.

Susanna brings a wealth of health and nutrition knowledge to our team. Susanna leads multiple group exercise classes weekly, so please join her in our studios for a fun and challenging workout. She is motivated by those around her and enjoys helping others reach their goals, test their abilities, and find success. Susanna and her team create a positive environment where our community can learn, share, and grow together.
