Residential Conferences and Retreats
We offer 4 meeting rooms, overnight accommodations for up to 175 people, delicious and nutritious meals for all diets, a campfire amphitheater, an outdoor sports area with an ocean view, gathering places, access to the Marin Headlands and a variety of YMCA staff-led experiences.
Rates: Overnight rates include up to a 24-hour stay*, lodging, three meals/day, and exclusive use of one meeting space.

Standard Rate $95/person/ night
Non-Profit Rate $90/person/ night
Bed Linens and Towels $30/person
*Stays over 24 hours are available at an additional rate of $60/half hour
Friday - Sunday Weekend Rates

Bothin Room (150 Person Maximum) $315/Day
Kiwanis Room (50 Person Maximum) $260/Day
Discovery Room (40 Person Maximum) $260/Day
Holsinger Room (12 Person Maximum) $160/Day
Non-Residential Conferences and Retreats
Many groups use our facility for one or multi-day conferences without utilizing our overnight accommodations. We offer the same four meeting rooms and provide meals for all diets, campfire amphitheater, outdoor sports area with an ocean view, gathering places, access to the Marin Headlands and a variety of YMCA staff-led experiences.
Rates: Day use rates includes up to an 8-hour stay*, exclusive use of one meeting room and a meal served in our dining hall.

Experiences
The Point Bonita YMCA wants your team to have a wonderful stay at our facility. To enhance your time with us, we are proud to offer a variety of staff-led experiences. Our primary goals are to get people connected to nature and to strengthen your group’s sense of community. Simply reserve your experience at least one month in advance of your visit and the YMCA will do the rest.
Team Building in Nature $260 for 2 hours
Have fun while our outdoor educators help your team to build communication skills, deepen trust and enhance cooperation and respect for others. Our staff will challenge the spirit, mind and body while focusing on the specific needs and desires of your particular group. We want your time to be dynamic, interesting and, above all, fun!
Headlands Nature Hike $260 for 2 hours
Explore the natural and cultural history of the Marin Headlands on an engaging hike led by a Point Bonita YMCA naturalist! Learn about the plants, animals, minerals and people that have inhabited this national park.
Private Point Bonita Lighthouse Tour $265 for 2 hours
The YMCA staff can guide your group through a private tour of the active Point Bonita lighthouse, which dates back to the late 1800’s. The Point Bonita Lighthouse is a shared park resource under the management of the National Park Service. Access is subject to availability.
Volunteerism *Prices vary
Tend to our community garden, restore habits, clean up Rodeo Beach, maintain trails, assist with woodworking projects and help the YMCA and Marin Headlands become an even more beautiful and welcoming place for all. *Price depends on volunteer projects available and size of your group. Email us to plan your volunteer event.
Prices include up to 25 guests.
Please add $75 for every 20 additional guests, per experience.
Additional time may be booked at the rate of $100/hour.
Experiences are subject to availability.
Meals
At the Point Bonita YMCA we take our food very seriously. All meals are prepared by our staff to meet the highest standards using the freshest, healthiest ingredients.

Bryan loves helping people explore the outdoors and feel more connected to nature. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Zoology from SFSU and is hoping to work for the Academy of Sciences to spread his love and passion for animals and learning.
